Transfigured will be responsible for:

COMPREHENSIVE and PROACTIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Creating and gaining approval on website navigational architecture

• Planning, design, testing and launching website

• Content collaboration - using a combination of our content and content provided

• Designing custom email communication layouts and testing of system

• Planning, design, testing and launching mobile website

• Adding Catholic content and images

• Including content and images provided by parish or school

• Web-based training and ongoing web and phone support

SPONSOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Managing all aspects of the sponsor relationship
• Design and printing of promotional announcements
• Contacting and selling sponsor ads
• Designing sponsor ads 
• Managing collection of sponsor fees and renewal fees
• Marketing the opportunity to prospective sponsors
• Sharing sponsorship activity and metrics with the parish or school

We will contact parishioner-owned businesses individually and invite them to participate in this important ministry.
